1 Whole chicken
Olive Oil

Thyme sprigs
1 tbsp sea salt flakes
Rosemary sprigs, chopped
1 lemon, zest

Roast Chicken


1. Combine all the rub ingredients together.
2. Drizzle a little olive oil on the chicken and then rub the rub all over the chicken.
3. Setup your BBQ for indirect cooking using your heat deflectors or SloRoller at around 150C.
4. Cook your chicken for around an hour and a half until it reaches an internal temperature of 75C.
